This two day workshop aims to increase individuals’ ability to influence across a wide range of situations- regardless of their status, expertise or power in the organisation- by giving them access to a versatile and practical toolkit for lasting change. Delegates will:

 

  1. Discover the differences between short term, manipulative and long term positive influencing
  2. Learn and make choices from the influencing toolkit and improve and balance their influencing skills
  3. Understand when and how to deploy the skills they have learned 
  4. Gather feedback on their impact
  5. Discover their influencing range, including their strengths and areas for development.
